Exhibitors are responsible for building and decorating their own booth along with all costs incurred.

Please access the "Online Application Form" on the bottom of this page and enter the required information into the application screen.

 

Application Deadline: December 28 (Mon.), 2009
Exhibition booth application will be on a first-come-first -serve basis.
*We will close applications before this deadline if all booths become fully booked.

 

 

 

Payment

After receiving the application, the Event Management Office will issue an invoice for first payment (*50% of total amount). Please remit the specified amount within 3 months after the effective date. Please note that second invoice (*for another 50%) will be issued early January, 2010. Final payment deadline is January 31 (Sun.), 2010.
If the Event Management Office cannot confirm payment after the due date, the application shall be considered as withdrawn.

Terms and conditions

<Prohibition of Booth Subleasing>

Exhibitors are prohibited to sublease, sell, or exchange their contracted Booth without the Organizer's write approval.

 

 

<Booth allocation>

Please refer to the booth floor plan on page 15 and let the Event Management Office know your first, second and third choices of locations for all applicable booths (e.g., First choice: 01, 02, 03, 04 / Second choice: 16, 17, 18, 19 / Third Choice: 34, 35, 36, 37).
Essentially, booths will be allocated on a first-come-first -serve basis, but you are requested to accept any final decision made by the organizer.
