Application Deadline for Hospitality room in Conference Center: October 30 (Fri.), 2009

Hospitality room application will be on a first-come-first -serve basis.
Payment
After receiving the application, the Event Management Office will issue an invoice for first payment (*50% of total amount). Please remit the specified amount within 3 months after the effective date. Please note that second invoice (*for another 50%) will be issued early January, 2010. Final payment deadline is January 31 (Sun.), 2010.
If the Event Management Office cannot confirm payment after the due date, the application shall be considered as withdrawn.

<Cancellation Charges>

Terms and conditions
<Prohibition of Exhibition>
It is prohibited to set up exhibition booth or display equipment in Hospitality rooms.
<Prohibition of bringing food and beverage>
Food and beverage must be ordered through Pacifico Yokohama-Intercontinental Hotel.
<Prohibition of soliciting>
In consideration to other guests no soliciting outside the hospitality rooms.
