REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT

Participants wishing to make registration should apply online to reach JTB GMT no later than May 9. (After Apr 17 we can accept only credit cards as a payment method)
*'Author/Presenter' are required to apply online from December 7, 2009 to April 11, 2010.

Please ensure that each registrant makes his/her own online registration.
Application should be accompanied by a remittance covering the registration fee due JTB GMT.
No reservation will be confirmed in the absence of this payment. All payment must be in Japanese yen. If the remittance covers more than one person, please inform us the name of each participant.


Payment should be in the form of either one of the following :

 

 

CANCELLATION

In the event of cancellation, written notification should be sent to JTB GMT. The following cancellation fees will be deducted before any refund is made.
Cancellation and changing are received by GMT during business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:30-18:00 Japan time.

 

Registration: If a cancellation notice is received by JTB GMT on or before
Jan. 31, 2010 ------------------------------------------------------------- None
On and after Feb. 1, 2010------------------------------------------- 25% of the registration fee
On and after Mar. 11, 2010 ---------------------------------------- 50% of the registration fee
On and after Apr. 11, 2010 ---------------------------------------- 100% of the registration fee
