Companies are invited to apply for sponsoring options at the SubOptic 2010 International Convention.
Sponsorships will promote your firm to all international delegates, and mutually benefit and uplift the SubOptic 2010 image.
All sponsorships will receive the following acknowledgement:
- Listed in SubOptic 2010 web site as a sponsor after your application
- Acknowledged as a sponsor in the SubOptic 2010 Program which will be distributed during the Convention
($1.00=¥90 as of February, 2009

Application
Please access the "Online Application Form" on the bottom of this page and enter the required information into the application screen.
Application Deadline: December 28 (Mon.), 2009
Sponsorship application will be on a first-come-first -serve basis.
Payment
After receiving the application, the Event Management Office will issue an invoice for first payment (*50% of total amount). Please remit the specified amount within 3 months after the effective date. Please note that second invoice (*for another 50%) will be issued early January, 2010. Final payment deadline is January 31 (Sun.), 2010.
If the Event Management Office cannot confirm payment after the due date, the application shall be considered as withdrawn.
